We are the Brainerd Warrior Alpine Ski Racing Team

As the title says, we are the Brainerd Warrior Alpine Ski Racing Team. Alpine Skiing is a competitive athletic activity under the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL). We have a boys team and a girls team and we compete in the Slalom discipline. We are also a Coop team! This provides opportunities for partner schools to participate in Alpine Ski Racing. The Brainerd team is made up of a Coop between Pillager Schools, Pequot Schools, and Crosby Schools (also some private schools are included).

Team Mission

The Brainerd Warrior Alpine Ski Team strives to excel in competition while developing skill, character, leadership, and a lifelong passion for skiing. Above all, we emphasize that academic achievement and personal growth come first—the “student” in student-athlete is the foundation of our program.

Team Communication

All of our communication happens via TeamReach. This website is designed to provide broad information about the team, but the day to day aspects of team communication and schedules all happens in the Team Reach app. Please Contact us for the TeamReach code. It can also be provided by anyone with access.

Without Mount Ski Gull, we wouldn't be able to have a team! They are an incredible partner. All team members must have a Mount Ski Gull Season Pass. If this is hardship, please contact Michelle Hilborn.

Team Ski Gull
Team Ski Gull is a huge asset to the Brainerd Warrior Alpine Team. Most of our team members started on Team Ski Gull and many continue racing with the team during High School. If you are new to ski racing, this is the best place to start.
